So for 2020, we’ve got Tanks, Helicopters, jeeps, trucks, and just about every Military exhibit in the south of England, the show is going to be rammed with shinny stuff painted green. We’ve loads for a great family day out, it’s not just a vehicle show.
We now had over 326 Vehicle entries in 2019, including a Chieftain MBTank, Sherman Tank, Russian T34 and the VT34 Armoured Recovery vehicle!
Loads to see and do, kids will love it, its a great family weekend, we just need you to come along and enjoy the day.
It was HOT HOT HOT in 2018 and 2019 and due to Johns Tanks destroying the earths ozone layer and its going to be Hot this coming show,, please bring water, sun creams and think about some shade if you feel unwell ,some like it hot but not your Doggy please do not leave Dogs in cars they will not appreciate the noise of glass being broken to get them out. Friendly pooches are welcome however if you own a child munching land shark please consider doggy daycare.
BBQ – please ensure safety first and extinguish your BBQ after use , Charcoal BBQ must have water or fire extinguisher in the immediate area
GAS BBQ’s when adequate fire-fighting equipment is available. It is suggested that all vehicles carry a current working fire extinguisher.
Please note we operate as an airport for the weekend and this means absolutely NO Drones to be flown.
It is the vehicle owners responsibility that on arrival and setup they identify the fire points which are clearly marked around the CVMShow ground.

The show was born from a long standing desire of our Chairman John Dale to marry up his love of historic military vehicles, his farm and the desire to generate support for the Military Vehicle Trust and military charities. Our show is held in support of our chosen Charities which are many and change from year to year.
So this year we will be supporting
Hounds for Heroes.
So recently Neil Sutherland who is a CMVS team member breed his Labrador bitch Prudence and she had 9 smashing fox Red Labrador puppies , he donated one of the boys to Hounds for heroes to grow up with them and be trained as an assistance dog for a veteran.
He was proudly given the title Captain Walter and below is a picture of Captain at 8 weeks of age.He will grow and be trained with foster parents until he’s approximately 15months old, he will then go to his new owner and hopefully make a big change to the veterans life.
So with your help we hope to support Captain through his training.
Combat stress, we will be joined by a team member who will be talking about the charity and how they have helped serving military and also veterans.
SSAFA , always proud to have these guys along for the show and again they will have a great stand with loads to see and buy.
